Processing time is 2–5 business days before shipping. During launches, sales, and holidays, processing may take 5–10 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, ARUA Cosmetics & Extensions is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

All wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals are quality inspected before shipping. Hair texture, color, and curl pattern may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of human hair.

Hair that has been installed, worn, cut, colored, washed, or chemically altered is not eligible for replacement.

For hygiene and safety reasons, lip glosses, lip liners, lashes, and all cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.

Pre-order items require additional processing time. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are available.

Orders suspected of fraud may be canceled at our discretion. Additional identity verification may be required before shipment.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered order without contacting us first may result in being permanently banned from purchasing from ARUA Cosmetics & Extensions.

ARUA Cosmetics & Extensions is not responsible for misuse of products, allergic reactions, improper installation, or improper maintenance after delivery.
